St Marys's - Weekly Planner
The school weekly planner is available to download in Microsoft Word format.
Dependent upon which operating system your PC is running, the download/print processes are slightly different.
| Windows 98 | Right mouse click on the link below. Select the "Save Link As..." option from the greyed out box and save the file to a known directory. The document, sm_planner.doc, may then be viewed or printed by launching Microsoft Word. Note that a left mouse click on the link takes you directly to a "save file" dialogue box. |
| Windows XP | Right mouse click on the link below. Select the "Print Target" option from the greyed out box to print the file or "Save Target" to save the document to a known directory for later viewing with Word. |
| Windows Vista, ME, 2000 | Untested but expected to be the same as Windows XP. Please email me if this is not the case. |

Holding down Control whilst clicking on the (single) mouse button gives the context menu where you can choose "Download Linked File" or "Download Linked File As" (if you prefer to see the dialogue box prompting for name & location of the downloaded file). Note that simply clicking on the link automatically opens the file in the appropriate application. (my thanks go to Ian Holmes for the Mac OS/Safari information). |
